"Hi Oscar Apparently CADW have had anti seagull spikes fitted to the top of the flagpoles because the flags were getting a bit fouled by the birds. Apparently the flags now get caught on the spikes and get torn to shreds. However CADW can't afford the £500 specialist access fee to remove the spikes. ...
